Dreamie Ornaments offers:

• Premium Jewellery Rentals across Tamil Nadu

• Online Sales within India and selected international locations

All products are imitation, one gram gold plated, Impon, Kundan, antique, AD or fashion jewellery unless otherwise stated.

We do not sell real gold or certified precious gemstones unless explicitly mentioned.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order or booking a rental, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements

• The information provided by you is accurate and complete

4. Product Representation

We strive to display product colors, designs, and finishes as accurately as possible. However:

• Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution

• Handmade products may have minor design differences

• Availability may change without prior notice

5. Rental Terms & Conditions

5.1 Booking Confirmation

• Rental bookings are confirmed only after full payment or advance payment (as communicated) is received.

• Booking dates must be clearly communicated and agreed upon.

5.2 Security & Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for rented jewellery from the time of delivery/collection until return.

• Any loss, theft, breakage, stone damage, or missing parts will result in repair or replacement charges.

• In case of complete loss, the customer is liable to pay the full product value as determined by Dreamie Ornaments.

5.3 Return Policy for Rentals

• Jewellery must be returned on the agreed date.

• Late returns may attract additional charges per day.

• Jewellery must be returned in original packaging and condition.

5.4 Condition of Jewellery

All rental jewellery is quality-checked before delivery.
Any damage identified after return will be evaluated and charges communicated accordingly.

6. Purchase Terms

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Dreamie Ornaments reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

• Custom or specially arranged items may not be eligible for cancellation.

7. Payments

We accept approved online payment methods.

• Full payment is required for online purchases.

• Rental payments must be completed as per booking terms.

• Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Rental cancellations must be informed in advance.

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on booking date proximity.

• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Branding elements
