At Dreamie Ornaments, we take great care in curating and quality-checking every piece before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy on purchased jewellery.

By placing an order, customers agree to the terms stated below.

2. No Return / No Refund Policy

• All jewellery purchases are final.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been delivered.

• We do not offer returns based on personal preferences, change of mind, or slight variations in color/design due to screen differences.

Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective item

• An incorrect product

You must:

• Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

• Share photo and video proof via WhatsApp or email.

Claims made without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

After verification, Dreamie Ornaments may offer:

• Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

Refunds will not be issued unless the product is unavailable for replacement.

4. Rental Jewellery Returns

For rental jewellery:

• Jewellery must be returned on the agreed date.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Any loss, damage, missing stones, or breakage will attract repair or replacement charges.

Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Rental bookings may be cancelled subject to prior notice. Cancellation charges may apply depending on booking timeline.

6. Important Notice

Dreamie Ornaments deals in imitation, one gram gold, AD, Kundan, antique, and fashion jewellery. Slight variations in finish or appearance may occur and do not qualify as defects.
