All shipments are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom or special request items may require additional processing time.

Customers will be notified if there is any delay.


3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days depending on location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.


4. International Shipping

6. Rental Jewellery Delivery (Tamil Nadu)

For jewellery rentals:

  • Rental jewellery must be returned as per the agreed date and method.

  • Any delay in return may attract additional charges (as per Rental Terms).

Customers are responsible for safe handling during the rental period.


7. Address Accuracy

Dreamie Ornaments will not be liable for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Returned shipments due to customer unavailability

9. Damaged Package During Transit

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Customers must record an unboxing video.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Claims without proof may not be entertained.
